PLACING AN ORDER

All items are subject to availability.

SHIPPING COSTS

Full price items are shipped free of charge.

Shipping outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

DELIVERY
We endeavour to ship all orders within 48 hours of purchase.

A signature will be required upon delivery

If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods a card will be left with details for re-delivery and/or collection

Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery

If the goods are returned to us, a second redelivery charge will be incurred

We do not deliver to P.O Box, BFPO or freight forwarding addresses

Depending on the policy of non-UK banks in some cases we are only able to deliver to your debit/credit card billing address

OUR COMMITMENT

We will endeavour to dispatch your goods as quickly as possible. The goods will be packaged securely and labeled clearly. If any item you have chosen is not available we aim to contact you via your e-mail address or via telephone within 1 business days of receiving your order.

PAYMENT

All credit and debit cards are handled via a choice of payment gateways, through secure server.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Agnes Valentine is not responsible for possible errors on the site.

You will receive an e-mail to notify you that payment was successful and as a form of receipt for your order.

Orders that are returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer's expense.

PRIVACY POLICY

We are committed to respect your privacy, and as such, any information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, rented, disclosed, or loaned.

EXCHANGE POLICY AND RETURNS

Refunds will be given for goods returned within 14 days in an unworn state, with swing tickets and protective label attached, and in the original packaging.

All returns must be notified by email to contact@agnesvalentine.com

Please note that refunds do not apply to items on sale, items damaged, not in their original condition, or with missing parts.

The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error. We advise you to send your return via signed for or special delivery services provided by Royal Mail.

The refund will be in the same form of payment that you originally use and will be dealt with within 15 days of receipt of the return.
